1:1 coaching is integrated into the Uplift Method as a more advanced form of support.
It allows you to work with more precision – on technique, intensity or specific needs – while remaining within a coherent structure in strength and conditioning.
In some cases, a fully customized program can be put in place, particularly for a return from injury, specific preparation or particular constraints.
The approach remains guided by the same principles: build with structure, progress over time, and support sustainable performance.
