How it works
At Uplift, we believe that effective training fits into life. What makes the difference is the regularity and quality of each session, rather than the number of hours spent at the gym.
Training sessions take place in person at our gym in Verchaix. Each session is part of a structured program that combines strength, conditioning and recovery, with a progression designed for the long term.
You can follow this program in Group Training, in Open Gym or through individual coaching.
