The Uplift Method
Train with structure – Move with confidence.
A structured strength and conditioning training program, designed to develop your physical abilities and support an active lifestyle – both in the mountains and in everyday life.
How it works
Start by defining how many days you can train each week.
For most people, it starts with two sessions.
From there, your training becomes integrated into The Uplift Method – a training structure that combines strength, conditioning and recovery, and which develops over time.
You can follow this structure in group training, in open gym or with coaching.
The important thing is to remain consistent and build week after week.
Who is Uplift for?
The Uplift Method is for those who are ready to commit to a regular training rhythm.
For those who spend time in the mountains – skiing, trail running, hiking, cycling – and who want a body that can keep up.
You don't need to be an athlete. But you do need to be prepared to train regularly.
An approach designed for long-term progress.
