Group Training is a structured way to follow the Uplift program.

The sessions allow you to work on strength and conditioning in a guided environment, with an emphasis on technique, progression, and consistency. Each session is part of a larger program designed to build over time – not to string together random workouts.

This is a suitable option if you want to be supervised, while still following a coherent progression.

Strength

A class dedicated to pure strength and visible progress. We work with weights adapted to each individual, emphasizing technique, posture, and week-by-week progression. Whether you want to feel stronger in your daily life or develop your power for your sport, this class is here to help you reach the next level – in a motivating and supportive environment.

Packaging

Our conditioning sessions are not chosen at random. They follow a program that evolves with the seasons to develop the most useful physical qualities at the right time.

Depending on the objectives of the cycle, you will work on different types of effort in order to improve your endurance, your ability to sustain a high pace and to recover more effectively.

Mobility

Recovery sessions are an integral part of the Uplift Method. They focus on joint work: strength, control, and mobility. The goal is to improve movement quality, increase range of motion, and support strength and conditioning training. This allows for better recovery, more precise movement, and consistency over time.
