La capacit\u00e9 physique ne se force pas : elle s\u2019accumule au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"2459\">\u00c0 quoi ressemble un travail sur le long terme<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2788\">Le travail sur le long terme n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas spectaculaire. Il se traduit par de petites augmentations de charge, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des mouvements fondamentaux et une pr\u00e9sence constante \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement au fil des saisons. Or, le corps ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 la perfection. Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition.
