Tu y reviendras.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>\u00c9tape 3 &#8211; Commence l\u00e0 o\u00f9 tu es aujourd\u2019hui<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avant d\u2019ajouter de nouvelles choses, prends le temps de reconna\u00eetre ce que tu fais d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien.<\/p>\n<p>Fais une petite liste de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ce qui fonctionne d\u00e9j\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>tes forces, routines et habitudes actuelles<\/li>\n<li>tout ce que tu fais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour ta sant\u00e9 et ton bien-\u00eatre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par exemple, si ta \u201csemaine id\u00e9ale\u201d inclut<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>60 minutes dehors par jour<\/strong>, et qu\u2019actuellement tu es d\u00e9j\u00e0 dehors 20 \u00e0 30 minutes presque tous les jours, ce n\u2019est pas un \u00e9chec &#8211; c\u2019est une super base.
